Pricing

Due to the ever changing costs of both softwood and hardwood lumber (increases and decreases), it is not possible to print a price list.

However you may call, or E-Mail us for a current price on any of our items.

Discount Policy

Discounts are based upon volume of purchase with special consideration.

Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with original sales receipt. Items returned in sellable condition will be credited at a 25% reduction. 

All special order items are non returnable all sales final.

 General Information

Due to availability of lumber size and separate milling times, patterns of moulding may vary slightly.  The pattern  may also vary  from wood (softwood) to wood (hardwood). We strive to maintain the strictest quality in all our products.  All information included in this site is as accurate as possible.  Brown Millwork can not be held responsible for misprints or omissions.  If however there was ever a question in regards to profile design, size, etc.  Brown Millwork strongly suggests that   physical specifications are taken on current inventory prior to specking in any designs.  Please feel free to contact us by Phone, Fax, or E-Mail

The hardness of the wood has nothing to do with hardwood or softwood. The deciding factor is the needle on softwood trees and the leaf on hardwood trees. Hardwood is the more durable of the two.
